Assessment

Where your breath sits at rest. Nasal patency, resting rate, BOLT score, and a first read on CO2 tolerance. You leave with two drills and a number to beat.

6 weeks · Weekly

Oxygen Advantage block

The clinical side, run properly: nasal-only training, breath-hold walks, and light-slow-deep progressions coached against your own baseline.

90 minutes · Guided

Breath and sound session

Guided breathing into a passive sound layer. You do the work for thirty minutes, then the room does it for you.

Contrast coaching

Sauna to plunge, coached through every transition, with the breathing that makes the cold survivable.

Questions

What is a BOLT score and what does mine mean?

BOLT is a simple breath-hold measurement taken at rest, and it gives a first read on your CO2 tolerance. Keith takes it in the assessment session alongside nasal patency and resting rate. A low score usually means you breathe more than your body needs, and it is the number you train against over the following weeks.

What is the difference between Wim Hof style breathing and Oxygen Advantage?

Wim Hof style breathing is an up-regulating practice: heavy breathing followed by a hold, usually paired with cold. Oxygen Advantage works the other direction, training nasal-only, light, slow and deep breathing so you tolerate more CO2 in daily life. Keith coaches the Oxygen Advantage side as a six week block against your own baseline, and uses the activating work where it belongs, in contrast sessions.

Do I need any experience to start?

No. The first session is an assessment: where your breath sits at rest, and two drills to take home. Everything after that is coached against your own numbers rather than a class average.
